Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy? 

Returns can be made within 10 days of receiving your item. You must send a return request on the contact page and out “Return Request” in the “Message” section. Items must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition. A full refund will be given in the form of payment it was purchased in. 

What items cannot be returned?

Food items, kitchen utensils of all kinds, mugs and tumblers, glassware, napkins and towels that are not in packaging, pillows, blankets, all bath and body products, gift baskets, gift cards. 

How do I initiate a return? 

Please fill out the contact form and put “Return Request” in the “Message” box along with your order number and 

Can I exchange an item?

It depends on the item. Many of my items have limited quantity, due to availability and rarity. Please fill out the contact form on the contact page and pit “Exchange Request” in the “Message” box along with your order number. If there is inventory available for your item, an exchange is possible. If your item is one of a kind or limited, you can exchange it for a different item or I can issue credit towards a different item or offer a refund.

*Due to CoVid, many items have been delayed and receiving quantities may be a challenge. I am doing my absolute best to receive additional quantities of all inventory at this time.
